Is the principle of air conditioning and dehumidifier the same?
Many air conditioners also have dehumidification functions, so can they replace dehumidifiers? Are their dehumidification principles the same Hangzhou dehumidifier the manufacturers will discuss the differences between the two types of dehumidifiers
I. dehumidification principle of air conditioner
The air conditioner has dehumidification function in two modes:
Refrigeration mode, which is the mode of any air conditioner, is also the basic function of air conditioner. The cooling process of air conditioner is bound to be accompanied by dehumidification. The temperature of humid air will drop greatly after passing through the evaporator of air conditioner. The air humidity is in a state of supersaturation. The excess water vapor is precipitated in the form of condensed water and condensed on the fins of the evaporator, that is, condensation. When the refrigeration mode reaches a certain equilibrium state, the air humidity will drop to a certain level.
The vertical dehumidification mode is called constant temperature dehumidification by the industry. Its basic principle is to heat the air cooled by the evaporator to the original temperature, and then send it into the room, so that the indoor environment remains relatively constant when the humidity drops.
There are also two ways to heat the outlet temperature: one is to use electric heating components to heat the air after passing through the evaporator. This kind of air conditioner is equipped with an electric heating device in the indoor unit. When the air condenses out from the evaporator (surface low temperature), the electric heating device heats the cooled air to keep the temperature of the air outlet and the air inlet basically the same; the other is to use the heat generated by the condenser to heat the dehumidified air. This kind of air conditioner is equipped with two exchangers A and B, which are switched to evaporator and condenser respectively in vertical dehumidification mode. Similarly, the condensed water is separated from the air through evaporator a (surface low temperature), and then the role of electric heating components in mode 1 is replaced by condenser B (surface high temperature), so that the temperature of air conditioner outlet and air inlet is basically consistent. These two heating methods are only different from heating devices and heating methods, the latter is purely physical.
II. Dehumidification principle of dehumidifier
The working principle of dehumidifier is to use the moisture in the air to condense and frost when it enters the evaporator of the dehumidifier, and then it accumulates and drips out and discharges into the water outlet, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the space humidity. The principle of dehumidification is similar to that of air conditioner in refrigeration mode.
