Service specification
1. Pre sales service:
Warmly accept the customer's consultation, introduce the specifications and models, performance characteristics and technical advantages of the series of products in detail, and send product samples and relevant information as required by customers.
2. On sale services:
To provide users with professional, economic and reasonable configuration application scheme. If users have special needs, we can provide product prototype and door-to-door, and design and configure the application scheme according to the use environment.
3. After sales service:
1) The user can enjoy a one-year (three-year) warranty for the whole machine from the date of purchase; the maintenance is free during the warranty period, and the other maintenance is only charged for spare parts, not for working hours. In case of damage or failure of spare parts beyond the warranty period and due to the contents of the second clause of the "warranty notice", only the cost of spare parts shall be charged for replacement and repair, and no man hour fee shall be charged.
2) After the product is repaired, the same spare part can be replaced or repaired free of charge due to quality problems within six months.
3) Within the urban area where the product service center is located, after receiving the user's call for repair, door-to-door service will be provided within 48 hours; in other areas, users are requested to deliver or ship the faulty machine to the service center, and the service center will repair and send back the faulty machine to the customer within three working days after receiving it.
Product warranty policy description
1. All products belonging to Laifu series shall implement the three guarantee service policy in strict accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and the company.
2. Users with valid invoice (warranty card or valid purchase certificate can enjoy free warranty service).
3. Laifu series products are generally used for industrial and commercial purposes. The whole machine is guaranteed for 1 year and the compressor is guaranteed for 3 years. Other products with contract shall be subject to the sales contract commitment.
4. If the consumer does not operate according to the manual, and the damage caused by improper use, maintenance and storage is not within the scope of warranty.
5. Any damage caused by dismantling without the maintenance of our company's overseas service personnel or designated service provider is not within the scope of warranty.
6. The content on the warranty certificate or the commodity does not conform to the commodity physical identification or is altered, it is not within the scope of warranty.
7. Damage caused by force majeure (such as lightning strike, power instability, etc.) is not guaranteed.
8. If the damage is caused by the user's negligence in use, maintenance and improper maintenance, or just after purchase and use, and the appearance scratch and fracture can not be proved at the time of receiving the goods, it is not within the scope of warranty, and the user will be charged for the repair according to the package standard.
9. The appearance of the shell parts due to natural pollution is not covered by the warranty.
10. Products for industrial and commercial use within the warranty period, such as long-time working at high temperature, high humidity, excessive dust, corrosive gas and exceeding the design scope of the product itself, caused by the customer's use environment, are not covered by the warranty.
11. Beyond the validity period of the warranty, no warranty.
