Application of rotary dehumidifier in low temperature space
The reason why rotary dehumidifier should be used in low humidity environment space is based on the different principles between other dehumidification methods and Rotary Dehumidification methods. Firstly, the rotary dehumidifier is removed, and other dehumidification methods are limited by their own dew point temperature limit, so the air temperature can not be reduced to the low dew point state required by low humidity. The following are the principles of several dehumidification methods:
1. Cooling and dehumidification to cool the air below the dew point, and then remove the condensed moisture. It is effective when the dew point is above 4 ℃.
Compression dehumidification is used to compress and cool the moist air and separate its moisture. It is effective in the case of small air volume, but not suitable for large air volume.
3 solid adsorption dehumidification uses capillary effect to adsorb water on solid hygroscopic agent. It can reduce the dew point, but when the adsorption area is large, the equipment will become larger.
4 liquid absorption dehumidification uses lithium chloride aqueous solution spray to absorb moisture. The dew point can be reduced to about 0 ℃, but the equipment is larger, and the absorption solution must be replaced.
5 runner dehumidification: the thin plate impregnated with hygroscopic agent is processed into honeycomb runner for ventilation. The dehumidification structure is simple, and the dew point can reach below - 60 ℃ after special combination.
