Classification of refrigeration dehumidifier

Industrial dehumidifiers are mainly divided into two categories (refrigeration dehumidifier, rotary dehumidifier). In the production and living environment, the relative humidity of air has a decisive impact. The control and regulation of humidity is an important issue related to the production process and material storage. Because of the high relative humidity, the moisture requirement of paper products and the easy decay of food will cause great losses to production, life and material storage. There are many methods of air dehumidification. As one of them, freezing dehumidification has been widely used because of its low energy consumption, simple operation and easy control. Freezing dehumidifier has the advantages of good dehumidification effect, rapid drop of room relative humidity, low operating cost, no heat source and cooling water, easy operation and flexible use. It is widely used in national defense engineering, civil air defense engineering, various warehouses, libraries, archives, underground engineering, electronic industry, precision machining, medicine, food, agricultural seed storage and so on Workshops and other places of industrial and mining enterprises.
(1) Refrigeration dehumidifier: < br / >The refrigeration dehumidifier adopts the principle of freezing dehumidification. The refrigerator is used as the cold source, and the direct evaporative cooler is used as the cooling equipment. The air is cooled to below the dew point temperature, and the moisture content of the air is reduced. The cooled air is heated by partial or total condensation heat, so as to reduce the relative humidity of the air and achieve the purpose of dehumidification.
The internal circulation of dehumidifier: the high temperature and high pressure gas is discharged through the compressor’s operation & rarr; exhaust port & rarr; enters the condenser to cool & rarr; into low-temperature and high-pressure gas & rarr; changes into low-temperature and low-pressure liquid & rarr; changes into low-temperature and low-pressure liquid & rarr; through the evaporator evaporation & rarr; returns to the compressor and becomes low-temperature and low-pressure gas. This goes on and on.
The external circulation of dehumidifier: under normal start-up, the & rarr; wet air is inhaled from the air inlet through the fan operation, and then the water in the air is absorbed on the aluminum sheet by the evaporator & rarr; to become dry air & rarr; is cooled by the condenser & rarr; and blown out from the air outlet.
(2) Classification of refrigeration dehumidifier: < br / >According to the use function, it can be divided into general type, cooling type, temperature regulating type and multi-functional type.
General type dehumidifier refers to the dehumidifier with air cooled and dehumidified by evaporator, heated and heated by reheater to reduce relative humidity. The condensation heat of refrigerant is taken away by the air flowing through the reheater, and the outlet air temperature cannot be adjusted, so it is only used for heating and dehumidification.
The cooling type dehumidifier refers to the dehumidifier which is based on the general dehumidifier. The remaining condensation heat is used to heat the air passing through the evaporator, and the outlet air temperature can be adjusted.
Multifunctional dehumidifier refers to a dehumidifier with three functions: temperature rising dehumidification (general type), cooling dehumidification and temperature regulating dehumidification. When there is no outdoor unit (air cooling) or cooling water (water cooling), the dehumidifier with temperature rising and dehumidification function can be selected. It can be divided into automatic type and non automatic type.
